Depending on your environment, you may be able to add specific posts to the Featured Blog Posts widget using the Pin feature. You can pin up to three custom or pre-approved blog posts at a time.

Pinning custom blog posts
1. From the Digital Workspace, click on Blogs.
2. From your published custom posts, select the Pin Post button to add it to the list of pinned blog posts.
Note: If you already have three pinned posts, you will see the error: “You cannot pin more than 3 blogs. Go to pinned blogs to see all the blogs pinned currently.”
Pinning pre-approved blog posts
1. From the Blog Manager, select Blog Subscriptions.
2. Edit the hub you'd like to pin a blog post from.
3. In the subscription manager, switch to the List view.
4. Click the Pin box beside the posts you'd like to feature.
5. When you are finished pinning your posts, select the Save Preferences button.
Note: You can not pin more than three combined custom or pre-approved posts.
Organizing your pinned blog posts
1. To view or reorder your pinned posts, select the Pinned Blogs button.
2. Click Edit Display Order to adjust the order the posts will display in. You may drag and drop the posts into the desired order. When finished, select Save Preferences.
Displaying your featured blog posts
1. While in My Website, navigate to the page where you want to place the Featured Posts Web Gadget.
2. Click on Browse, then select Web Gadgets from the drop-down to view all available Web Gadgets.
3. Select Blog Categories and click Add. The Web Gadget will be added to the current web page.
4. Configure the number of posts you'd like to display and click Save.
5. Your pinned posts will now display on your page in the Featured Posts widget.
