Welcome!
You've recently been provided access to Digital Agent (also known as the Digital Workspace or the Website Editor).
Please follow the steps below to get your profile finalized and added to the website:
1. Logging In
After your profile has been added, you can access the login link that has been provided by your Marketing team to login to DA.
2. Set Your Password
If your environment uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can login to Digital Agent by navigating to the link provided by your Marketing team and you should be automatically signed-in to your Digital Workspace.
Otherwise, you may encounter a login page, similar to below.

If you're logging in for the first time, you can use the "I forgot my password" button to set your password before you login for the first time.

3. Confirm Your Information
After logging in, you should now have access to the My Profile section.
Confirm your information on the My Profile page and add any additional information here.

4. Add a Profile Photo
For optimal performance, please ensure you first consult with your marketing team to ensure your image has been sized to the correct specifications. Adding a profile photo that is too large may negatively affect your website's performance.

5. Display Your Profile on Your Website
After your profile has been configured in the My Profile section, you can now display it on the website using the Team Member Profile web gadget.

Your profile has now been successfully added and will display on the Live website as soon as it has been approved by Compliance. Your contact information will be automatically added to the footer of the website if you environment has been configured to display all team member's information.
