1. Navigate to My Profile.
2. Select the Team Members tab.
3. You can delete one or more team members, to delete a single team member, click on the garbage can icon beside the team member.
Note: A Primary team member cannot be deleted without first assigning another team member as the Primary user of the hub. If you need to remove a Primary team member, please contact your Marketing team for assistance.
4. To delete multiple team members, select the checkboxes beside the team members, then click on Delete Selected. Tip: selecting the checkbox beside the data grid title Status will select all team members.
5. A pop up will up to ask for your confirmation, type in DELETE in all capitals and click on Confirm.
6. Once a team member's profile is deleted, it will be listed under the Deleted Team Members section. Their information will be automatically removed from your site and you may no longer display their profile.
