Modified on Wed, 6 Nov, 2024 at 2:21 PM

IMPORTANT: When adding a new team member, NEVER overwrite an existing or previous team member's profile.

Please delete the old team member's profile and add any new team members using the +Add Team Member button.

1. Navigate to My Profile.

2. Select the Team Members tab in the top header. This will bring you to the page that lists everyone in your team.

3. Click the green +Add Team Member button at the top of the list.

4. In the new window, you may set their Role as a Web Admin if you'd like them to be able to edit the website or a Web Subscriber if you'd only like them to be able to edit their own profile.

5. Fill in the required fields: Your Display Email, First Name, Last Name, and Job Title with their information. Add any additional fields if desired.

6. When you are finished making changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit for Approval to submit your changes to Compliance for review.

Note: Depending on your environment, the team member's contact information will usually be added to the footer after they have been approved. If you do not see their information, please contact your marketing rep.

IMPORTANT: Adding and displaying a team member's profile on your web page is a two-step process.

When you add a team member, their information will NOT automatically be displayed on the website

You must also add a Team Member Profile web gadget to the page where you'd like their information to display. See: Displaying Team Member Profiles on Your Website

If you team member has never logged in to the Digital Workspace before, they must first set their password before they can make changes. See: Resetting/Setting Your Password
