Editing Your Profile Information

IMPORTANT: Displaying your profile on your web page is a two-step process. If you do not see your profile on the website, see Displaying a Team Member on Your Website for instructions on how to display your profile.


1. From the Digital Workspace click on My Profile.

2. You should see your information listed here. You can add info such as your bio, designations, phone numbers etc. Most information can be simply typed into the available fields with a few notable exceptions.

Adding or changing your Bio

You can edit your bio by scrolling down to the About You section. You can type or paste your bio into this field. 

 

Tip: For the best display, ensure there are no additional spaces between each paragraph. You can clear your bio's formatting to its default style by selecting all text and clicking the Tx button in the Toolbar.


Adding or changing a Designation

To add a new Designation, start typing the abbreviation into the Designation field. You should see a drop-down list automatically populate with the available pre-approved Designations. 


Select the designation from the drop-down list. 


Adding the B.Comm (Hons) designation 

You can remove designations by clicking the small “X” beside the abbreviation.

If you do not see your designation display in the list, then it may not be available as a pre-approved designation. Please contact your marketing team for further information.


Adding or changing a Job Title

To add or change a new Job Title, click the Add/Edit button OR if you do not see an Add/Edit button, you may type your job title directly into the field.

Choose the section your title is located in then select the title from the Select a Title drop-down menu and click Add.

Saving your changes

When you are finished making changes to your profile, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit for Approval to submit your changes to Compliance for review.
