Adding or Changing a Profile Photo

Modified on Wed, 3 Sep at 3:52 PM

Important: For optimal results, always resize and optimize your image for web-use before uploading. Large, print-quality photos (such as those provided by a photographer) may:

  • Prevent the Edit Profile Photo window from loading, or
  • Be too large to resize properly within the bounding box, or
  • Prevent the new image from saving.

If you require assistance with resizing your image, please submit a request to your marketing team.

1. Navigate to My Profile.

My Profile section of the Digital Workspace

2. Under Profile Photo, click Browse….

  • If you already have a photo uploaded, click Delete first to make the Browse button appear.

Clicking the Browse... button under the Profile Photo section

3. In your file browser, select your photo and click Open.

4. The photo will load in the Edit Profile Photo window.

  • If it was not resized beforehand, it may appear larger than the bounding box.

5. Depending on your environment, you may:

  • Adjust the Width and Height fields, or

  • See fixed size fields (recommended size: under 500 px wide).

Note: Confirm the best size with your Marketing team.

6. If your photo doesn’t fit inside the bounding box, check Resize Image to enable the resizing slider.

7. Use the resizing slider to scale your photo so it fits within the bounding box.
