Important: For optimal performance, please ensure your image has been resized and optimized for web-use before adding it to your profile. If you do not resize your image, you may not be able to add it to your profile.

For assistance with resizing your image, please submit a request with your marketing team.

1. Navigate to My Profile.

My Profile section of the Digital Workspace

2. To add or change your Profile Photo, click the Browse… button under the Profile Photo section. If you have a pre-existing image, make sure to first select Delete to make the Browse… button appear.

4. The image should show in the Edit Profile Photo window. If you image was not previously resized to the web-optimized dimensions, it will display as larger than the bounding box.

5. Depending on your environment, you may have the option of adjusting the Width and Height of your profile image OR the Width and Height fields will be locked to a specific size. In either case, your image should ideally be less than 500 px wide. Please consult with your marketing team about the ideal image size.

Note: If your uploaded profile photo is too large (eg. such as when attempting to upload a print-quality photo/an image that was provided directly by your photographer), then you may not be able to resize the image small enough to fit within the bounding box OR the Edit Profile Photo window will not load.

It's highly recommended to first resize all images before attempting to upload them.

upon upload not displaying within the bounding boxes, you can select Resize Image to enable the resizing slider.

8. When you are finished and your image is fitting comfortably within the bounding box, click the Ok button in the bottom-right corner.
