IMPORTANT: For optimal performance, please ensure you first consult with your marketing team to ensure your image has been sized to the correct specifications.
If you image is too large, it either may not successfully upload or it will negatively impact your website's overall performance.
1. Navigate to My Profile.
2. To add or change your Profile Photo, click the Browse… button under the Profile Photo section.
Note: If you have a pre-existing image, make sure to first select Delete to make the Browse… button appear.
3. Select the image in your File Browser and click Open.
4. The image should show in the Edit Profile Photo window. If you have previously had your photo resized, you can simply click the Ok button in the bottom-right corner.
Note: If your profile photo is not displaying within the bounding boxes, you can select Resize Image to enable the resizing slider.
Use the resizing slider to adjust your image so that it fits within the bounding boxes. However, if your image is too large, you will not be able to resize it small enough to fit within the bounding boxes. Please first resize your image or contact your marketing rep for assistance.
5. The image should now show in the My Profile section.
6. Add Photo Alternative Text to the field below (your name or team member's name).
7. When you are finished making changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit for Approval to submit your changes to Compliance for review.
