Access Denied / You do not have access to this application
Cause:
Usually occurs when your session has timed out (after ~15 minutes of inactivity).
Resolution:
- Log in to the Digital Workspace again and your access should be restored.
- If you’re working on content (e.g., a blog), you can open a new tab, sign in again, then return to your original tab to continue working.
Validation Error - You entered a URL that is already used, please enter a unique URL
Cause:
The page URL is already in use by another page. This could be:
An existing page already in your menu structure, or
A deleted page that is still reserving the URL. (Deleted pages retain their URL in case they are restored.)
Resolution:
Check your Menu Structure and Deleted Pages to confirm no other page is using the URL.
To free up the URL from a deleted page:
Restore the page (see Restoring a Page), or
Purge it permanently (see Purging a Deleted Page ).
Confirm - This expiration date will only affect the page in this language.
Full message:
This expiration date will only affect the page in this language. To set an expiry date for other versions of this page, please switch to that locale and set an expiry date.
Cause:
This message appears when setting an expiry date on a page in Your Pages. It reminds you that expiry dates must be configured separately for each language version.
Occasionally, it may display even when no expiration date has been set.
Resolution:
If setting a page expiration date: Make sure all language versions of the page have an expiration date configured.
If not setting an expiration date: This message can be safely ignored.
Error - Account information and IDs must be unique. Please try again.
Cause:
- A user with this email is already present on your hub, or,
- This user's information was improperly overwritten with another user's credentials.
Resolution:
Go to My Profile > Team Members and confirm whether the team member is already listed.
If you don’t see them, their profile may have been overwritten by another user’s data.
Check the Version History of each team member’s profile (see Restoring a Previous Version of a Team Member’s Profile).
Open older versions and compare them with the current data.
If the information does not match, the profile has been overwritten.
Restore the profile to the correct previous version.
Re-add the team member who overwrote the profile by following Adding a Team Member.
Error - Forbidden - An unknown error has occurred please contact support.
Cause:
Generic error message when the system encounters an issue.
Resolution:
Attempt to login to the Digital Workspace again.
