Removing Team Members

⚠️ Important: 

When replacing a team member, always delete the old profile first using the proper steps. 


Do not add a new team member by editing or overwriting an existing profile. This creates a conflict in the system and will prevent the new team member from logging in to Digital Agent.


To add a new team member correctly, always use the +Add Team Member button.




Quick Guide

Delete a team member

  1. Navigate to My Profile in the Digital Workspace.

  2. Select the Team Members tab.

  3. Click the garbage can icon beside the team member you want to remove.

    • Note: A Primary team member cannot be deleted until another user is assigned as Primary. Contact your Marketing team if assistance is needed.

  4. Type DELETE (in all caps) in the confirmation field and click Confirm.

  5. The team member will move to the Deleted Team Members section. Their info will be removed from the website footer and any profile gadgets.

Purge a team member (Permanent removal)

  1. Go to the Deleted Team Members section.

  2. Choose one of the following:

    • Click Purge beside a single team member.

    • Select multiple team members and click Purge Selected.

    • Select all and click Purge Selected.

  3. Type PURGE (in all caps) in the confirmation window and click Confirm.

  4. The profile will be permanently deleted and will no longer appear in the Deleted Team Members section.

Delete a team member

1. Navigate to My Profile.

2. Select the Team Members tab.

3. To remove your team member, click on the garbage can icon beside the team member.

Note: A Primary team member cannot be deleted until another team member has been assigned as the new Primary user of the hub. If you need to remove a Primary team member, please contact your Marketing team for assistance.


4. You will be prompted to confirm. Type DELETE into the field in all-caps and click Confirm


5. Once a team member’s profile is deleted, they will appear in the Deleted Team Members section. Their information will be automatically removed from the website footer and any Team Member Profile web gadgets. The gadget will revert to a configurable state. 



Purge a team member (Permanent removal)

To completely remove a team member’s information, you can Purge their profile from the Deleted Team Members section. Purging a team member's profile will PERMANENTLY delete it from your website. It may NOT be recovered after it has been purged. 


You can purge one or more team members.

a) To purge a single team member, click on Purge beside the team member.


 b) To purge multiple team members, select the checkboxes beside the team members you'd like to remove, and click on Purge Selected


c) To purge ALL team members, select the checkbox to the left of the Name column and click Purge Selected.

 

2. Type PURGE in all-caps in the confirmation window when prompted. The team member’s profile will be deleted from your hub.


3. The team member's profile will now be PERMANENTLY deleted from your hub and will no longer show in the Deleted Team Members section.
