If your publication is a recurring item such as a newsletter that requires regular updating, you can Edit an existing publication to automatically replace the old one on the website. This newly edited publication will reuse the Existing link.
1. From Updates, click the Edit button in the row of the Update you would like to change.
2. Change all the fields to contain the newest information. In the Link section, click Choose File and select the new publication.
IMPORTANT: You may not upload a new file that has the exact same name as an old or existing file one. If the filename is the same, your file will NOT upload.
3. Click Save Changes. You should now see your Update showing in the list.
4. Click the Submit button to submit your Update to Compliance for review.
Note: After an edited Update has been approved by Compliance, it will replace the old Update.
