Resetting/Setting Your Password

If you have forgot your password or are accessing the Digital Workspace for the very first time, you must reset or set your password before you can login. 


1. Navigate to the login screen for your environment. If you do not have the URL for your login, please contact your marketing rep.


2. Select I forgot my password.



3. Enter your email address and select Send password reset link.



4. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email. Please be sure to check your Junk and Spam folders.



5. Locate the email in your inbox and select the Reset Password button.




6. Enter your new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields and select the Reset password button.




7. Your new password has now been set. You should now be able to login to the Digital Workspace from the login screen.

Note: If you do not have an account, or your account has been deactivated, you will receive a error message letting you know that your email address is invalid.

If you believe this is in error, please contact your marketing rep or the Advisor Support Centre for assistance.
