Changing Your Login Email

To change your email, you must update both your Display Email (within My Profile) and your Account Email

 

1. While logged in to the Digital Workspace, click on the Hello, “Your Name”! button on the top right of the screen.


2. Select My Account.

3. To change your Account Email, type your new email into the Your new email and Confirm your new Email fields. You may also change your name here, if desired.

4. Scroll down and click Save Changes. You should now be able to login using the new email address.

Important: If you are unable to update your account name or email, please contact our Advisor Support Centre (service@veriday.com).


If you do not see the My Account option available in the drop-down menu, please contact your Marketing team for assistance with changing your login email.
