Change or Designate a Form Recipient

1. From the Digital Workspace, click on Forms.


2. Click Edit beside the form you'd like to make changes to.


3. In the "Send form responses to:" section, select the email you'd like all form submissions to direct to.

  • Note: If your hub has been configured for a Team, your Team Email will also be available for selection.

 

4. Select the Next Step button in the bottom-right corner until you reach the last page.


5. Select Submit for Approval to submit your change to Compliance for review.

⚠️ Important:

The recipient for Pre-Approved Forms will always direct to the Account Email of the Primary hub user—not the Display Email.
