1. From the Digital Workspace, click on Forms.
2. Click Edit beside the form you'd like to make changes to.
3. In the "Send form responses to:" section, select the email you'd like all form submissions to direct to.
- Note: If your hub has been configured for a Team, your Team Email will also be available for selection.
4. Select the Next Step button in the bottom-right corner until you reach the last page.
5. Select Submit for Approval to submit your change to Compliance for review.
