Common error messages

This guide will go over error messages commonly encountered within DA and how to resolve them.


Access Denied/You do not have access to this application



Generally the result of your session timing out after a period of 15 minutes. 


Resolution:

Login to the Digital Workspace again and your access should be restored. If you are working on something such as a blog, you should be able to open a new tab, sign-in again, then return to working in your previous tab.


Validation Error - You entered a URL that is already used, please enter a unique URL



The page URL is in-use by an existing page. You may already have this page added, or, there is a page in the Deleted Pages section that is using this URL.

Pages will reserve the URL they were assigned after they have been deleted in the event that you may wish to restore them. 


Resolution:

Ensure that no other page in your Menu Structure or Deleted Pages has the same URL.

To access the items in your Deleted Pages, you must either Restore (See: Restoring a Page) or Purge the page (See: Purging Items)
