Displaying Your Partners on Your Website

The Pre-Approved Profiles web gadget allows you to display the profile information of your Partners (advisors whom you are affiliated with but are not necessarily part of your team).

1. From the Digital Workspace, click on My Website. Navigate to the page you'd like to display that partner's information.

2. In the header in the top left-corner, click the +Add drop-down menu and select Pre-Approved Profiles from the menu. This will add a widget underneath the banner.

3. Select the Options drop-down menu in the top-right corner and click the Edit button to configure the web gadget.

4. In the Title field, you may add a title to your partners. A title can help you to categorize them into sections (eg. Estate Planning Specialists, Premiere Bankers, etc.), if desired.

Click the Select a Hub drop-down menu to choose the hub your partners are located in.

5. Select the Number of Profiles to Display in the drop-down menu. This will add that corresponding number of profiles to the Display Order section below. If you require more profiles than what is available or need to add a profile from a different hub, you must add in an additional Pre-Approved Profiles web gadget.

6. Click the first Select a Profile drop-down menu and select the name of the partner you'd like to display.

Tip: The partner names are NOT sorted alphabetically. You can search for a specific individual by hitting the first letter of their name on your keyboard to quickly navigate through the list of names beginning with that letter.

7. Select all desired partners and click Save to finish configuring the web gadget.

8. The Pre-Approved Profiles web gadget will display the profiles of the partners you selected. You can now move the widget around using the ✥ four-arrow icon.

You can make changes to this gadget at any time by selecting the Options drop-down menu and clicking Edit again.

Note: You may only display one hub per web gadget. If you would like to display partners from another hub, you must add another Pre-Approved Partners web gadget.

IMPORTANT: Changes to Pre-Approved Profiles can only be made by your marketing team. If you notice a mistake or do not see the partner you'd like to add, please contact your marketing rep.
