Displaying Your Publications on Your Website

After your publication (Update) has been uploaded and approved, you may display it on your website. There are three different methods that you may use to display your Update, depending on your environment:

1. Displaying your updates using the Updates web gadget.
2. Displaying your updates using Content Collections
3. Displaying your updates using the Content Library

1. From the Digital Workspace, select My Website. Navigate to the page that you would like to display your Updates. 

2. Click on Browse… and select Web Gadgets from the drop-down menu.

3. Find the Updates gadget in the list on the left and click +Add to add it to your page, just below the banner.

4. Configure the following:

Title: The title of the collection

Layout:

List View: Displays only the upload date and the Link Title.

Grid View: Displays the Feature Image, upload date, author, category, excerpt, and Link Title.

Number of Updates: The maximum number of Updates to display.

Customize hubs and categories to display: Allows you to select the Categories and the specific Hub you’d like to display publications from.

a) Find and select the Categories you'd like to display your publications from and click Add for each one.

Note: You may also use Select all categories to add every category, or Uncategorized to display any Update that has not been assigned a category.

b) Find and select the name of Your Hub and then click Add. 

IMPORTANT: Make sure you select the Category or Hub from the drop-down list then select the Add button. You should see it below the drop-down, otherwise it will not add the information.

5. When you are finished, click Save. You should now see all items that have been assigned the
