Why does the font in my bio look different?

When pasting text into the editor from another source (such as Microsoft Word), the original formatting may carry over. This can override the default styling and cause formatting issues.

How to check:

• Look at the bottom-right corner of the editor.

• If you see one or more <span> tags, formatting overrides are present.

• This can also happen if you apply formatting directly in the editor (e.g., changing font size).

How to resolve:

1. Select all of the text in the editor.

2. Click the Remove Format icon in the toolbar.

3. Confirm that no <span> tags remain.

4. Resubmit your profile for approval—it should now display correctly.
