1. From the Digital Workspace, select My Website, then navigate to the page where you'd like to place the form.
2. In the header in the top left corner, click the +Add drop-down menu and select Forms from the menu. This will add a Forms web gadget to the top of the page, underneath the banner.
3. Configure this form by selecting Your Hub in the first drop-down menu, and the name of your form in the second drop-down menu. Note: If the second drop-down menu does not appear after selecting the desired hub, please refresh the page.
Note: If your environment has Pre-Approved Forms available, select the name of the marketing hub instead of Your Hub in the first drop-down menu, then select from the available forms. Follow the remaining steps as normal.
- Check Display Form Headers > ON if you’d like to display the Name of the form.
- Check Display Form Placeholders > ON if you’d like the field titles to display within the fields. Check it OFF if you’d like the field titles to display above the fields. For accessibility, it is typically recommended to leave Display Form Placeholders as OFF.
4. Click Save. Your selected form will now display on your page.
Note: If your form is still Pending approval, the Submit button will not be available. After it has been approved, it will display on your live website and may be filled out by any user visiting your live site.
