If you have recently uploaded a banner and it is not displaying on your site, please consult the below for all possible solutions.
Another banner is overriding your selection
Certain banner selections will always override others.
If you have selected a new banner and it is not displaying on your website, or your old banner is still displaying, be sure to check whether you have a custom banner selected on a specific Page in Your Pages or in Theme Options. Reset the custom banner to remove it then check to see if the issue has been resolved.
Note:
A custom individual page banner selection WILL override your site-wide custom banner.
A custom individual page banner selection WILL override your site-wide pre-approved banner.
A pre-approved individual page banner will NOT override a site-wide custom banner.
A pre-approved individual page banner WILL override a site-wide pre-approved banner.
Your banner is still pending approval
Confirm whether your banner is still inPending status.
If your content is still Pending, it has not yet undergone review and will not display on the live website. The status badge for all page changes is located at the top of the page, beneath the Edit Page header.
You may also check the status of your content by navigate to Dashboard 2.0 > Compliance tab to view all your submissions.
(Multilingual sites) Your banner was added to the wrong language version
A banner that has been added to the English language version of your site WILL NOT automatically be added to the French (or other language) version of the site.
You must add and/or edit your banners on each language version individually.
