If your new banner is not showing on your website, one of the following issues may be the cause:
1. Another banner is overriding your selection
Banner Override Rules

If your banner is not displaying as expected, check whether a custom banner is still applied at the page level in Your Pages or in Theme Options. If so, reset the custom banner to remove it, then re-check your site.
2. You have "No Banner Selected"
If no banner is displaying on your website, check whether the “No Banner Selected” option is active in the site-wide Banner settings. When this option is selected, no banner will appear.
To display your custom banner, first select a pre-approved banner. Your custom banner will then automatically override the pre-approved banner.
3. Your banner is still pending approval
If your banner is in 
Pending status, it has not yet been reviewed and will not display on your live site.
The status badge for all page changes appears at the top of the page, beneath the Edit Page header.
You can also check the status of your submission by navigating to Dashboard 2.0 > Compliance tab.
4. (Multilingual Sites) Banner added to the wrong language version
Banners are language-specific. A banner added to the English version of your site will not automatically appear on the French (or other language) version.
You must add and/or edit banners on each language version individually.
