Why was my team member's profile rejected?

If your team member's profile submission was rejected, you can view the reviewer’s comments by following these steps: 

1. While logged in to the Digital Workspace, navigate to My Profile.
2. Select the Team Profile tab in the top header.
3. Locate the profile you'd like to review and click the Edit button beside it. 
4. If the profile has been rejected, you will see a Rejected badge at the top of the window. Click the Comments link next to it. 
5. A pop-up window will appear displaying the reviewer's comments and feedback. 
6. To close the Comments window, click the X in the top-right corner.
