Embedding a Video

The Embed feature in the web content editor allows you to add in Embed code for a Vimeo or YouTube video. To obtain your videp embed code, please see: Obtaining an Embed Code from YouTube or Vimeo

Note: If YouTube or Vimeo are restricted by policy, embedding from alternative sources may also be supported.

1. In your Draft website (My Website), navigate to the page where you’d like to add the video.

2. Click the +Add menu and select New Content to create a new content block.

3. A new content block containing Latin dummy text will be added to the top of the page, just below the banner. Click the Options drop-down menu at the top-right, and select Edit.

4. While in the Web Content Editor, click the + button in the toolbar to open the Add menu. Select Embed.

5. Paste your embed code into the field. You may add a caption to display beneath the video, if desired.

6. Check the Responsive Video option ON if you'd like your video to automatically scale to the width of the column that it's in.

6. After clicking the Save button, your video should display in the editor field.
