The Video Widget in Digital Agent enables richer multimedia experiences while maintaining accessibility and compliance standards.
Adding a Video to the Marketing HQ
1. While inside of a Marketing Hub, click the +New button and select Video from the drop-down list.

2. On the Video page, enter all required information:
- Title: The title of your video.
- Type: Vimeo or YouTube.
- Video ID: The Vimeo or YouTube video ID (see below for how to find it).
- Description: A brief description of your video that may be displayed on the web page.
- Transcript: Paste the written transcript of your video's audio.

Finding your Video ID
Vimeo
Your Vimeo ID is a string of numbers at the end of the URL, after the slash (/).
Example: https://vimeo.com/480027408
Vimeo video ID: 480027408
YouTube
Your YouTube video ID appears at the end of the URL, after the "v=".
Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxZ2SDyYxDs
YouTube video ID: uxZ2SDyYxDs
Note: If your video is not public or configured as shareable, it will not display in the widget once published.
3. When finished, click Save as Draft if you'd like to return and make changes later, or Submit for Approval to publish the video.

Displaying a Pre-Approved Video
1. In My Website, navigate to the page you'd like to display the pre-approved video on.

2. Click the Browse... button and select Web Gadgets from the drop-down menu.

3. Locate and select the the Video widget in the list and click +Add to add it to your page, just below the banner.

4. Configure the Video widget:
a. In the first drop-down menu, select the Hub you'd like to load the video from.

b. In the second drop-down menu, choose the video you'd like to display.

c. Select the information you'd like to display alongside your pre-approved video:
- Display Title: Shows the video title below the video.
- Display Description: Shows the video's description text.
- Display Creation Date: Shows the date the video was published.
- Display Audio Transcript: Shows a link to view the written transcript.
5. When finished, select the Save button to generate your video display.
6. Your pre-approved video will now appear on the webpage. If an audio transcript was added, clicking Transcript will display the written version of the audio.
