Access to pre-approved marketing content can be limited and granted on a per-hub basis.
This is useful when content needs to be created within Marketing HQ but should not be visible to all advisors.

Restrict a Marketing Hub
Impersonate “DA Marketing” or another user with access to the Marketing HQ.
Navigate to the Marketing Hub Manager.
To restrict access to an existing marketing hub:
Click the pencil icon beside the hub’s name.
Change the Type to Private.
Click Save Changes.
The hub will now be set as Private.
Note: Any hubs that previously had access to this hub's content will have their permissions revoked.
To create a new Private hub:
Click the New Hub button.
Enter a Hub Name in the provided field.
Set the Type to Private.
Click + Add Hub.
Any content added to this new Private hub will be unavailable to all users until access is explicitly granted.
Provide Access from Admin HQ
Navigate to Admin HQ.
Search for the advisor hub you’d like to provide access to.
In the Actions drop-down list, select Manage Permissions.
The hub will automatically be subscribed to any Public marketing hubs.
Find the Restricted (Private) hub. Its status should currently display as Unsubscribed.
Click the Go button.
A confirmation message will appear and the advisor hub will now be "Subscribed" to the restricted hub. Hub users may now access all content within the selected Marketing Hub.
Provide Access from Marketing HQ
Note: A website hub will automatically be subscribed to any Public marketing hubs.
1. From the Marketing HQ, select the Marketing Hub you'd like to manage access for.
2. Click the Manage Subscriptions button (icon of three people).

3. A list of all advisor hubs will be displayed.
- Use the Filter drop-down to list only hubs that are currently Subscribed or Unsubscribed to the current Marketing Hub.
- Use the Search field to search for any specific hub.

4. Choose Subscribed or Unsubscribed from the drop-down list, then click Go to apply the permission.

5. A confirmation message will appear, and the advisor hub will now show as Subscribed. Users in that hub can now access all content within the selected Marketing Hub.
