Adding Pre-Approved Marketing Content
1. Select a Marketing Hub. All Pre-Approved Content in that hub will be displayed in the right column. You can preview the content before you add it to the web page by clicking Preview on the right-side of the row.
ℹ️ Note: If you encounter a hub that does not display any content, there is either no content available to display or you do not have access to this hub.
If you believe you should have access to this hub, please reach out to your Marketing team for assistance.
2. Click Add to add it to the page OR click Add to Page from within the Preview view. The approved Content Block will be added to the current web page, directly beneath the page banner.
3. Click Close to exit the Content Library and return to your web page. Your Pre-Approved Content Block should now display on the page.
Pre-Approved Content Blocks do not require additional approval and will display on your live website shortly after being added. They can not be edited but can be moved around and removed like any other content block.
⚠️ If a Pre-Approved Content Block Has Been Removed by Marketing
If a pre-approved content block is removed by the marketing team, you’ll see a placeholder message in its place:
"This marketing content has been removed. This message is not visible to the public, however, you should remove this widget from the page."
It's recommended to remove the content block to help keep your editing layout clean.
