How do I restore a content block I accidentally deleted?

Custom content block

If you've accidentally deleted a published custom content block, you should be able to restore it by following these steps: 
  1. From your Digital Workspace, click on My Website. This will take you to the Draft version of your website. 
  2. Navigate to the page where you'd like to place the pre-approved content. 
  3. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down labelled Browse... then click on Content Library.
  4. You should now be viewing Your Hub. In You Hub, you may view all of the custom Content Blocks and Updates that have been published and approved to your hub. 
  5. You can preview the content by clicking the Preview button on the right side of the row.
  6. You can add the content by clicking the blue Add button on the right side of the row. This will automatically add the content block to your web page, underneath your banner
  7. Click Close to return to the web page.
  8. You should now see the content block appear on your page. You can use the ✥ four-arrow icon to drag the content around the page and place it where you'd like it to display.


Pre-approved content block

If you've accidentally deleted a pre-approved content block, you can re-add it by following these steps:

  1. From your Digital Workspace, click on My Website. This will take you to the Draft version of your website. 
  2. Navigate to the page where you'd like to place the pre-approved content. 
  3. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down labelled Browse... then click on Content Library.
  4. In the left column, click on a marketing hub. You should see the list on the right populated with the pre-approved content blocks that are available in that specific hub. 
  5. You can preview the content by clicking the Preview button on the right side of the row.
  6. You can add the content by clicking the blue Add button on the right side of the row. This will automatically add the content block to your web page, underneath your banner
  7. Click Close to return to the web page.
  8. You should now see the content block appear on your page. You can use the ✥ four-arrow icon to drag the content around the page and place it where you'd like it to display.
