Adding & Displaying Pre-Approved Content in Another Language

Pre-Approved Content can be added through the Content Library.

Pre-Approved Content that has been added to the Content Library by the Marketing team may also be available in other languages, often with the translated version included in the same content block. 


You can also browse the Content Library for the available language content.


Browse other language version of the Content Library 


1. While in My Website, select the Language Version you’d like to display in the Language drop-down menu. 


2. Click on Browse… and select Content Library from the drop-down menu. 


3. You should now be able to browse the Content Library for content in that corresponding language.


Any item in the Content Library that does not have a corresponding translation included with be denoted with a Copy badge.


You can select and Add any pre-approved items as normal.

Note: Adding a Pre-Approved item from the Library will add it to ALL language versions of your website, if the translated version is available. Deleting the Pre-Approved item will also remove it from ALL language versions of your website.


Why is [X] pre-approved content not translated?

If you have added pre-approved content to your web page that is displaying in the wrong language, or does not have a translation included, please contact your Marketing Representative.
