Managing Your Marketing Hubs

Create a New Marketing Hub

  1. Impersonate the DA Marketing user, or another user with Marketing HQ access.

  2. While viewing the list of existing Marketing Hubs, click “New Hub”.

  3. The Add Hub dialogue will display.

  4. Add a name in the Hub Name field. 

  5. Select the hub Type:

    1. Public: Content from this marketing hub will be accessible by all web admin users.

    2. Restricted: Content from this hub is inaccessible unless specifically granted.

  6. When you are finished, click +Add hub.
  7. Your new hub will be added to the list of Marketing Hubs.

Remove a Marketing Hub

Existing Marketing Hubs can not be removed or deleted for Compliance purposes. 

It's recommended to restrict the hub's access if you don't want it to be accessed by web admin users, or to remove all existing content and repurpose the hub for something else.
