Assigning a Delegate Reviewer in Compliance HQ

The Out of Office feature in Compliance HQ allows users to delegate their approval responsibilities to another reviewer during periods of unavailability, such as vacations, leave, or scheduled downtime. Enabling this feature ensures uninterrupted workflow by assigning a designated delegate to handle review tasks during the specified timeframe. 


1. Login to the Compliance HQ.


2. Select the Settings section (gear icon in the left sidebar) to view the Out of Office page.


3. Toggle Out of Office to ON and select your Delegate from the drop-down list.

Note: If the reviewer you'd like to delegate to is not listed, please contact your Marketing team for assistance with getting them added. 


4. Click the Start Date field and select a date in the calendar. 


5. Turn End Date to ON and set when you'd like the delegation to end. 

  • You may leave End Date turned OFF if you'd like to assign the delegate indefinitely. 


6. Click Save Changes. Your selected reviewer will automatically be granted delegate status once the Start Date is reached.
