Editing Your Pages to Display Another Language

Modified on Tue, 18 Mar at 6:50 PM

1. While in the Digital Workspace, navigate to Settings.

Settings section in the Digital Workspace

2. In the Choose Language drop-down menu, select the language you’d like to add to view the Language Version of that page.

3. In the Menu Structure, select the page you’d like to add the translated text to. If your page has not yet been translated, you should see a grey Copy badge beneath the Edit Page header.

4. Change the text in the Navigation Label, and Page Title.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT change the URL. Changing the URL will alter it for all languages.

5. Update the Search Engine Optimization fields.

6. Update the text in the Banner Alternative Text field (if applicable).

7. Click Save this page to submit the changes to Compliance for review. You can now view these changes on the respective language version of your website.
