Navigating to your content block
1. From the Digital Workspace, click on My Website and navigate to the page that contains the content block you'd like to make changes to.
2. Find the content block you'd like to edit and select the Options drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the content, then select Edit.
Note: If there is no Edit option available, then the content block is likely Pre-Approved and can not be edited.
Depending on the appearance of the Web Content Editor, editing instructions may differ.

New Web Content Editor
3. The Content Editor will open up with the following features:
- Name of Content: A descriptive name for your content block. All custom content blocks will be saved within the Content Library.
- Toolbar: The section at the top of the editor that allows you to add and format your content, among other functions. l
- Editing Field: the space below the Toolbar where you can add text and other custom content.
- Quick Access Menu: Displays beside the active content line allowing you to easily access and apply common tasks and formats.
4. (Optional) You may also choose to add a content expiry time and/ or a disclosure message to the web content using the Content Expiry and Disclosures tabs.
5. When you’ve finished editing your content, you can choose one of the following options:
Save as Draft: Your content will be saved, allowing you to continue editing it later. The content status will be set to Draft.
Submit for Approval: Your content will be sent to Compliance for review. The content status will be set to Pending.
Note: You may still make changes to the content block while it is a Pending state. If you edit it and Save As Draft, it will cancel the approval process. If you re-Submit for Approval, it will send only the most recent changes to Compliance.
