Why can't I see the other hubs I manage?

If you currently manage more than one hub, or both a site and the Compliance HQ, you may be automatically logged in to the last hub you accessed. You can switch between them on the Accounts page. 



Swapping between your hubs

1. While logged into the Digital Workspace, click the Hello, [Your Name]! in the top right-corner.


2. In the drop-down, select Change Account

Note: If selecting Change Account bring you back to the Digital Workspace page, you may have to select it more than once.

3. This should bring you to the Accounts page where you can view all the hubs you currently manage and select which one you would like to make changes to.

Note: You can always return to the Accounts page by repeating the above steps.

If you have access to more than one hub but the Change Account option is not showing in the drop-down menu, please contact Veriday's Support Team for assistance.
