Adding a New Reviewer User
Note: If your environment uses SSO (Single Sign-On), the user will not need to set a password. They will be logged in automatically after navigating to the login screen.
Assigning an Existing Reviewer within User Manager (Recommended)
1. In User Manager, search for the reviewer.
2. Select Edit Role in the drop-down menu and click Go.
3. In the Reviewer column, begin typing in the name of the queue. Select it from the drop-down menu when it displays.
4. Click the Add button to add it to the list of Queues.
5. You can add additional queues, if needed. When finished, click the Save button.
6. The reviewer can now access the queue you added them to.
Assigning an Existing Reviewer within Queues
Note: If the reviewer's name does not display when you are attempting to add them, please use the above "Assigning a Reviewer within User Manager" method of adding them.
1. Navigate to the Queues section.
2. In Queues, search for the name of the branch/region that you'd like to assign the reviewer to.
3. Click the small pencil icon beside the queue name to edit the queue.
4. In the Edit Queue window, search for the Reviewer's email in the Reviewers section.
5. Click their name and select the Add button.
6. When you are finished, select the Save Changes button to save the queue.
Make sure you check the Delegate in User Manager after assigning them in the Queues to confirm they are able to access it.
